Then, convene your leadership team for a collaborative brainstorming session to clearly define the vision of your change or transformation initiative. Thoughtfully answer each of the nine questions posed in the document, and be sure to allot enough time to come to agreement or consensus.
Finally, once the team is finished and aligned with this framework, transition the output into a culturally-relevant artifact, such as a word doc, brief, press release, powerpoint presentation.
